I tend to overload the color because honestly, color makes me happy and makes me stand out in the sea of black in New York. But sometimes, a full black “cat suite” as my friends like to call it is necessary for a Fall day in New York. This outfit is really perfect for a day at the office and transitioning into night – and that is exactly what I did! I picked up this amazing lace bodysuit at the Bollare gifting suite during NYFW (aka heaven on earth) and have been wearing it non stop! Paired with only of my favorite belts and simple black pants and voila you get yourself a day-to-night look!

As many of you all know (if you follow us on snapchat) Thursday’s tend to be our event nights which then turn into going out nights. I call myself a “Thursday Girl” because I love the feeling of really never knowing what a Thursday will bring and who I might end up hanging out with – always fun to mix up the crowds a bit. This past Thursday, we kicked off the evening at Marie Lou & D in Soho to get our hair styled with some of our amazing blogger friends. Between sipping champagne and dishing on New York Fashion Week, I left the salon with beautiful loose circle and some fun braids hidden amongst the waves. Next event, it was time to head uptown and to Complex Magazine x New Amsterdam Vodka Snap discovery launch party. Then it was off to Chelsea to get Lit with the new lighting painting app, Pablo. Of course we always round out the night at Freehold back in Brooklyn – because you don’t want too much change in one night!!
