I like to classify this outfit as the perfect combo of comfortable chic. After experiencing my first New York Fashion Week, I think I am a bit scarred. I mean it was literally 5 degree’s outside and girls, including myself, were running around in mini skirts and dresses like we were in a tropical climate. I realized that I needed to find a warm balance!! So I came up with this lax ensemble.

I would like to add that this outfit is extra special to me because I was able to buy it from one of my best college friends and roommates, Morgan Hine.

While in Chicago for vacation about a month ago, I spent three hours at the newly opened Trunk Club WOMEN. Let me just say… it was gorgeous! I sipped on latte’s and mimosas while playing dress up with Alexander Wang leather jackets and $1,300 fur jackets. All the while catching up with a friend and knowing that we spent too much time borrowing each others clothes in our sorority because she pinpointed my style exactly.
