Match made in heaven. Can’t even tell you how happy we were to come across the two girls behind Mimu Maxi. A brand ran by, “Brooklyn sisters in law making oversized dresses with oversized love.” I for one have always gravitated towards oversized clothing, although it isn’t feminine it is comfortable, and I don’t think I have ever passed up a t-shirt dress. Something Kelly and I strive to do is create partnerships with other amazing women in fashion. As the world knows, this industry is packed to the brim with women, and there should be continuous support throughout. The beauty of seeing a small dream come to fruition is inspiring and that is exactly what the women of Mimu Maxi are doing.
I love especially the pairing of this structured blouse to a body con skirt. It highlights all the right areas and relaxes the overall look. Something that I like because it isn’t too in your face. I also am crazzzzzy about this peach color. Spring is FINALLY here, in NYC, and I have been going a little wild buying anything in these color patterns. I am so excited to be going home to Cincinnati for Easter weekend and spending time with my grandparents (hi gma & poppy), parents, sisters and best friends I have been missing. I also have never lost an Easter egg hunt due to my competitve nature, and that streak will surly not end this holiday.
Keep up with our Instagram to see our fun Easter weekend!!

I really love this look! Pairing a loose and oversized top with a skin tight skirt is the way to go! I normally am not a huge fan of that length but you really rocked this one! The colors are amazing too and I will check out Mimu Maxi for sure!
