Mimosas and Manhattan | My Cinderlla Dress

When you find your “Cinderella Dress” you don’t let it go. I found my dress thanks to Rent the Runway and the creative brilliance that is Cynthia Rowley. Courtney and I attended her presentation during Fashion Week and were overwhelmed by the sheer beauty and the creativity behind her SS17 line. Fully embracing the pajama trend this season, the show presented the models behind a sheer screen as feathers circulated the intimate setting and left viewers in a dreamlike state. As the feathers floated through the air (and kept sneaking into my cocktail) I couldn’t help but to feel apart of the beautiful femininity and confidence the models emanated. Cynthia Rowley’s clothes make women feel empowered, feminine and bold – which is everything I felt in the dress.
