New York fashion week was a complete and utter whirlwind, in the best and most special ways possible. This year was the first season we were invited to the official shows on behalf of Mimosas and Manhattan. At one point while sitting in one of the shows I took a moment, looked around and actively had to hold back tears because of how proud I was of how far we have come. And there is only up from here! I have rounded up some of our street style from the week and our favorite looks from the shows!

Besides seeing the gorgeous shows and collections, one of my absolute favorite parts about fashion week is getting to meet all of our favorite bloggers. Aside from the gorgeous ladies above we also had the opportunity to connect with some of our other style icons such as Man Repeller, Brooklyn Blonde, Color Me Courtney, Song of Style and Christie Ferarri. It honestly means the world to us that we are getting to meet the influencers who have inspired our blog and style since the beginning and have truly kept us going. This industry and blogging in particular can be very difficult to break into with some super low lows, but the highs (like sitting front row next to some of your style icons at the shows) can really make it all so beyond worth it.
