If you couldn’t already tell by our plentiful food, coffee and cocktail pics on our Instagram, we absolutely love to grub…and grub hard. We are taking you guys through a typical Saturday with us, as we indulge in some of our go-to spots in good ol’ hipster land aka Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
9am
In an attempt to fight our Friday hangovers, we head to Blind Barber and grab our first Lattes of the day. The hipsters are plentiful and the haircuts are Euro-chic, but don’t let that distract you from the caffeinated deliciousness of your perfectly poured cup.

11am
Le Barricou is the next stop on the list. You will want to get here right when it opens because there will be a line outside of the door. Although the wait isn’t usually too long and they do a pretty good job about fixing you up with some mimosas at the bar while you wait, the unbelievably delicious menu attracts foodies from all over the burrough.
12pm
Now that we are fully placated (for the time being) we head to Freehold for some afternoon cocktails. The outdoor area and cheap drinks makes for a perfect meeting spot for a larger group of people – not to mention the music tends to get the people going *Kanye voice.*
3pm
Oh no, my eyes are getting heavy. Fight it girl, fight it. Time for round two of that coveted caffeine potion so we can rally through the day. A quick stop at The West for a strong cappuccino does just the trick – or you can just keep drinking as it acts as a bar/cafe.

6pm
And now for our favorite stop of the day, Miusa Wine Bar. Yes I know this is a brunch photo, but it was just too beautiful not to share. This restaurant is a true hidden gem and has some of the best food in Brooklyn at an extremely reasonable price. The ambiance of the indoors and rooftop make for the perfect BK dinner spot which is why we go back for any and all occasions (dates, family in town, coffee spot). The amount of people we have sent here who have nothing but rave reviews is a true testament to the impeccable service and quality dishes.
So there you have it. A typical Saturday with the The Mimosa Girls! No we don’t do this all of the time because then we wouldn’t fit into our clothes anymore, but when we truly want to indulge these are hands down some of our favorite spots in BK!
xx

Is it bad that I've never been to Williamsburg? I used to live in Manhattan and the only time I ever visited Brooklyn was to go to the IKEA store! All of your picks look SO good – I might have to venture out there on my next trip to the city!!
