Mimosas and Manhattan | Weekends in Brooklyn

Contrary to popular belief with a name like Mimosas and Manhattan – the two of us actually live in Brooklyn! We are currently off the Lorimer stop in East Williamsburg but are moving out and moving on in September. So let us know if you have any recommendations for a Brooklyn move. It is funny.. when I, Courtney, look back to 2 years ago when I was first moving here. I had one rule and that one rule was that I WAS NOT living in Brooklyn. Somehow Kelly convinced me and now here I am 2 years later saying, “I never want to live anywhere else but BK.” We are so excited for this move and to completely make over our apartment into Mimosas and Manhattan HEADQUARTERS.

I particularly love these photos because it my opinion they are quintessential Brooklyn. Well I guess quintessential “Williamsburg”. Old cars, cool restaurants, just an overall good vibe. We wanted to pair this vibe back to one of current favorite brands Morning Lavender. We first heard of ML when one of our favorite influencers Carrie Bradshaw Lied, did a full collaboration and line. We have ever since been fan girling. They are the perfect brand for a summer and especially a weekend across the East River.
