New Years Eve is not one of those holidays where you can take a break from fashion. Through the streamers, poppers, champagne, glitter and sparklers what you wear is almost as important as who you are with at midnight. For the welcoming of 2014 an incoming trend I have my eye on is the woman’s pant. This on trend item has really came into its own. Women have perfected the art of making the pant look feminine and sexy rather than masculine and dated. For this NYE take a risk and pair a nice white or colored (if you prefer) trouser with a gold top for the holiday. A way to top this look off is with an oxblood clutch or jewelry. (Top Trend Board)
My other favorite look I will be keeping my eyes peeled for this December 31st is the blazer/dress combo. Remembering that December is a COLD month it is okay to cover up a little bit. The best way to do this is by getting a sleeveless statement dress that can stand out even with a black or white blazer paired with. Don’t be afraid to complete the look with a pair of heels. You can find a sturdy pair from designers like Michael Kors or retailers such as TJ Maxx.
