So over the top in love with this jumpsuit’s movement and subtle simplicity. As the culotte trend has completely taken off around the country, it only made sense for me to rock it in jumpsuit form! This is one of my favorite trends of the moment because it gives you the opportunity to show off any killer Spring heels you may have. My favorite’s being these incredible Steve Madden’s. (Yellow is having its moment!!!)
We took these photos prior to work one Tuesday morning at the New York Post Office in Midtown. As I work in Midtown I will be the first to say, these steps are about the only photograph-able area in this part of the city. As much fun as it was visiting Midtown as a tourist/kid I am about over it every time I walk off the NQR at 34th street – Herald Square. I am beyond jealous of my friends that get to work in Meatpacking or Soho.. even Fidi! But as much as everything has a con it also has a positive and I have found a few hidden gems in this area! One of course being the NYPO steps, where on any given day 100s of New Yorkers sit to have lunch on pretty days. The opening of Pennsy attached to Madison Square Garden, a fun/cool new spot that has a great outdoor space and a plethora of food court options. Broadway Bites, which is located in the midst of Herald Square and is home to about 15 food trucks that congregate together with cute string lights and a lot of table space in the Summer. A staple for anyone trying to turn their 30min lunch into an hour!
I am also enjoying the New York Rangers Stanley Cup run as the city always comes alive during times like these. If you are ever looking to catch a game with a few 100 die hard fans make sure to check out The Flying Puck located a block from The Garden! Just a few things making this Midtown area a tad more bearable 🙂
