Since I do not officially leave for Florence until January 27th, I have used my kindred soul to come back to Bloomington and help out with my sororities (Gamma Phi Beta) recruitment process. Which I weirdly enough LOVE. I have never really had an issue with striking up random conversations with over 70 freshman girls. But since I am studying abroad I am not scheduled for classes so I have literally been in btown doing ABSOLUTELY nothing for this whole week. I cannot say I am not enjoying it though! Getting to live with my best friends for a little bit longer couldn’t be more fun, especially when I am tagging along with them to their classes, watching endless amounts of Friday Night Lights on Netflix, and being to go to the gym and play basketball with friends from high school.
I have come to find this year, that I absolutely love fun/unique pants. It is my go-to and the easiest way to take a risk on an outfit. I always HATE when people say that florals are only on trend in the spring. If you mix the print with a top or edgy jacket, there is no reason to store away all your floral prints during the fall and winter. For this particular look I paired a very affordable Forever 21 pant (similar here) with a Celfie shirt from the blog Sincerely Jules and topped it off with my favorite black leather jacket. I finished the look with a pair of Rampage combat boots and plain straight hair.
