Sunday Scaries… we all get them. No matter how old/young or even how on top of it you are. We have been dealing with them our whole life and they can definitely put a damper on your upcoming week or even overall mental health. So we wanted to round up the five products we use to put a bit more self care into our Sundays.

Shea Brand CBD Headache Roller – If you watch our Instagram Stories you know how behind the CBD movement we are! We recently started using Shea Brands CBD rollers and are in LOVE. They have a headache product as well as a menstrual cramp roller. Each we highly recommend if experiencing any of those pains on a Sunday. If neither they also offer CBD drops which are perfect for any Sunday anxieties you are feeling. 🙂
Lavender Essential Oils – We love love love to surround ourselves with all things lavender. It is relaxing and can turn your whole mood around. Tea Forte – What you are putting in the inside of your body is just as important as the outside. We are huge fans of Tea Forte and their large array of teas are enough to turn anyone into a tea lover. My favorites are the white blends as well as the calming chamomile. 🙂
Rose Facial Mist – There is something about that facial spritz that can really awaken your soul in the morning. When this first became a fad I will have to say that I was hesitant to it. However after trying a few different brands products out I quickly began to understand the benefits of it. Not only does the smell bring you a relaxed feeling but the product also does amazing things in terms of detoxifying your pours and awakening your skin.
