This New York City weather as of late.. I cannot complain but I can complain about being so confused as what to wear every day. Like your typical Katy Perry song, it’s hot and it’s cold. We took these pictures on an actual VERY cold Sunday in Central Park. We hurried through this set because our photographer literally couldn’t click the shutter anymore due to her fingers being frozen but I’ve learned that when it comes to these up and down temps I am alllll about the layering. I do it even in the summer. I always love adding a surprise piece or layer. Whether it be a statement coat, choker necklace or bold lip color. In this set I actually did all three! The layering aspect to my wardrobe has also come in handy at work. I swear I become an icecube on a daily basis and have to come prepared for that transformation!! Always have a comfy sweater or jacket on hand during the fall because NYC is so unpredictable… in more ways than one. lemme tell ya.
Other than this outfit I am so excited to share a couple new looks in the upcoming weeks! I went a tad cray at the Vivenne Westwood sample sale last week and NEED to shoot those looks asap. Moral of the story: Never Brunch Then Sample Sale.
